Once upon a time a soldier fell in love with a woman that came with 3 young children. The soldier proposed saying he had to leave within the week to serve his country and all he could offer her right now was his modest home, purchased from the original owners that built it in 1916. She said YES! Soon he made it home safely and as their love grew they modernized the home one project at a time. The main floor living room flows into the updated kitchen/dining area. The attic is finished into the primary bedroom with multiple closets and extra storage in the eaves. They eventually made it down to the basement where they framed in a laundry room, half bath and large gathering room. They started to drywall when the soldier was asked to report to a new location.
